A: The sooner it is, the better it is! I want to make sure that I'm available for your little one's first photoshoot. It’s best to get on my calendar when you are entering your second trimester, but please don’t let that stop you from contacting me if you are past that time frame.

A: I use your due date on my calendar and plan on a range of a week or so before and after that time. That means that if your baby arrives a little early, I’m still available close to your due date. And if your baby arrives late (which I sure hope isn’t the case!) I can still adjust for that week or two after your due date. Once baby arrives, I have parents contact me via text, or email with the happy news. Then we set your official session date and time to fit within that optimal newborn window for the photographs, taking into consideration that mama is postpartum and still recovering. The last thing I wanted to do when my babies were a few days old was leave the house, so I like to give new parents at least a week to acclimate to life with their baby.

A: I have all kinds of props, blankets, wraps, headbands and hats for both boys and girls in a range of colors and shades, but if you have a sentimental teddy or blanket, please bring these with you as we may be able to incorporate these into the session.

A: This is totally natural and doesn't tend to last the entire session. If baby cries and no amount of soothing, changing, feeding and burping changes this we can simply reschedule your session as it may be that they are coming down with something. More often, with some time, patience and perseverance all babies will settle and we will be able to create beautiful images - awake or asleep. If baby is awake and calm, I take advantage of this time and photograph them awake. This always creates such beautiful images of your baby. 

A:  Yes! If I have had a last minute cancellation or a baby has arrived early/late I may have some availability so it is always worth asking if your baby is already here. 

A: Once your session is over you'll receive your digital gallery within 2-3 weeks, sometimes sooner. You'll be able to download them, along with a PDF for the printing rights. You'll also be able to share with family and friend easily. You will have the option to order prints and products through the online gallery which is the only way I can guarantee 100% color accuracy.

A: Yes, I do! 25% is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance is split into equal monthly payments until your due date.

A: Totally! But I want you feeling 1,000% comfortable and excited about the quality of your photographs before placing orders on those. That way, you only order exactly what you want, when you want, and when you know with confidence that they are going to look amazing on your walls and in your fine art heirloom albums. And all of this is done & ordered right through your online gallery!
