The Nanny Connection makes it a piece of cake to find your nanny! First, they’ll have you submit an inquiry with your family’s unique needs and preferences. The Nanny Connection has multiple packages that let you narrow down your searches as much as you need.
You’ll speak with a placement coordinator before having an in-home meeting to discuss your needs and receive information about all the nitty gritty details, including taxes, payroll, and drafting a nanny/family work agreement. You’ll receive the profiles of interested candidates and then meet for an interview.
If you’re unsatisfied, you’ll continue receiving new candidates until you have your perfect match. If things don’t work out, don’t worry. You can continue to work with The Nanny Connection to find new referrals. The Nanny Connection provides every sort of nanny, including part-time and full-time, travel nannies, summer nannies, nanny shares, and more!
Specialty
Sometimes, you just need a break. The Nanny Connection gets this! The company uses the same expert screening services to help you find an on-call babysitter. You can choose to have a temporary caregiver for anywhere from a few hours to two weeks.
