Sometimes I refer to myself as a family paparazzi. During documentary sessions, I hide in the corner, peak around a wall, pop up from behind the couch. Each session starts with us just chatting, getting to know each other, getting comfortable with each other. After a little while, I’ll begin to photograph your family just being you.
